Frequently Asked Questions

I have misplaced my order form/I need a Shoot Key

Your school shoot key can be found at the bottom of the order form. If you no longer have your order form please contact either your school or our office via our Parent Query Form and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I view my child photo before ordering

We do not currently offer previews, however if for any reason you are not happy with the image/prints you receive we will do our best to help you find a suitable resolution.

What payment methods to do you accept

Payment for orders can be made online with a credit card (via Simplify or PayPal as a guest) or with a PayPal account. If you received an order form you can also seal a cash payment in the pocket on the back.

Will my child miss out on having a photo if I haven’t paid before photo day

Not at all! Our photography team will photograph all students that attend the photography area. You are still able to Purchase Photos after photo day.

Do your photographers have a Working with Children Check

All our staff have a valid Working with Children Check.

Where are the photos delivered/sent to

All photo orders received prior to photo day are delivered to the school, for the students to bring home. Photo orders received after this are posted out to the address supplied on your order and are subject to a $15 Handling/Shipping Fee.

Do you take family/sibling photos

Yes! Please check your school photo day schedule for the allocated Sibling Photo times.

When are sibling photos taken

Sibling Photos are usually scheduled before and after school. Please check your school photo day schedule for the allocated Sibling Photo times.

Can I bring other siblings that do not attend the school to be in the photo

Absolutely! You are welcome to include all siblings.

Do you photoshop the images of students

Usually, we do not photoshop any images to encourage each student to embrace their individual appearances.

How do I order specialist group photos

Please select the Specialist option and complete the details as prompted.

Missed the closing date for orders

Not a problem! You are still able to place your order online, please note that a $15 Handling/Shipping Fee is applied to any orders received after delivery to the school.

Do I need to return order form if ordering online

Yes please! Although not essential, it is always useful for our photography team on photo day, you don’t need to complete your details again, just tick that you’ve ordered online 

I do not wish for my child/ren to be photographed

If your child/ren do not have authority to be photographed, please ensure that both 3P Photography and the school have been advised in writing.

Can it be posted home instead of delivered to the school

Of course! Usually all photo orders will be delivered to your school and handed out to the students. We are more than happy to offer the following alternative options:

  1. Post to your home address for a $15 Handling/Shipping Fee
  2. Pick up at the 3P studio in Malaga

I am a separated/divorced parent, can both parents place separate orders

Absolutely! We are very happy to process multiple orders. Photo order folders also have the name of who ordered on the sticker.

Do you offer family discounts

Yes! We have several family discounts available, please check the options available online and select accordingly. Qualifying orders will also be prompted with further offers at checkout.

Can I order digital group photos

At this point, only student individual photos can be obtained in digital format. Class or group photos are not available in digital format.

What are the sizes you offer

Our standard sizes are 8×12”, 6×4” and the wallet size 2×3”. Should you require a different size we recommend ordering the Individual Digital, or please contact our office via our Parent Query Form and we will be happy to assist you.

Can’t complete online order

Please check the details on your order, all fields are required for the order to be added to the cart. If you are using an android phone we recommend checking out via PayPal (guest checkout does not require an account).

School code not working

If you have a paper order form the Shoot Key is printed at the bottom in the payment section. Please ensure you have selected Purchase Photos from the main menu. If you’re still experiencing difficulty, please contact our office via our Parent Query Form and we will be happy to assist you.

I’d like to amend/cancel order

Please contact our office via our Parent Query Form,  we may be able to assist you, although we do advise to choose carefully as there can be no change or cancellation made to the order placed, as per our T&Cs.

My child forgot to take the order form to school

If you have completed your order online this is not a problem, as we will still be able to process your order. If you had enclosed a cash payment, please now complete your order online via Purchase Photos

My child was sick / absent on photo day

You are welcome to attend our studio for a catch-up shoot, please contact our office via our Parent Query Form to make a booking.

How long until I get my photos

We aim to deliver all photo orders approximately 6-8 weeks after the last photo/catch up day.

I did not receive my photos when the school handed them out

Please contact our office via our Parent Query Form and we will be happy to assist you.

Order received is incorrect

Product damaged/missing

I ordered a Digital download, how do I access it

All Digital Downloads are available via our website. Please ensure you have selected Digital Photo Portal from the main menu and follow the instructions. You will need your photo folder on hand to enter the keyword.

Digital download code not working

Please ensure you have selected Digital Photo Portal from the main menu and follow the instructions. You will need either your photo folder or individual photo prints on hand to enter the keyword.
