A minimum floor space of 5m x 7m per Backdrop is required – please confirm space with your venue. Note, each Backdrops holds a certain amount of students. 3. A parking bay must be provided per photographer on the event, or parking fees will be invoiced accordingly. Meal and drinks for all 3P Staff on site will be provided by the Client. 4. Travel out of Perth Metro is charged at $135.00 + GST per hour or part there of. Credit Card payment will incur a 1.5% surcharge. 5. 3P does not take any responsibility for inappropriate poses or dresscode and the content of the final images, nor to obtain permission to upload images online. 3P reserves the right to conduct a prelimanary edit. The password given for the Complete Online Album will be provided to the Event Contact only. 6. 3P Photography retains all rights, not expressed in the Agreement, including advertising rights in either Web or Print Media. Images may also be used by 3P for general business revenue but will not grant licenses to a third party. The Client may not transfer the copyrights to other parties without written permission from 3P Photography. 3P Photography maintains copyright to all Templates and Designs used by 3P. 7. 3P will do its best to deliver the Online Album within two (2) weeks. Whereas full payment is required before image upload. 8. Dates apply for one year at a time. Please confirm future dates. The Agreement is made between the School and 3P Photography. The Terms outlined in this Agreement are set for your booked date. 9. By completing this Agreement on behalf of the School, the confirmation represents and warrants that s/he is acknowledging full and complete authority to bind the School on whose behalf of whom s/he is submitting, to each and every term of this Agreement. 5 + 5 = Submit
