Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at www.3p.net.au and any image viewing or downloading. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Orders, Pricing & Products
School photo orders operate on a pre-order, pre-pay basis.
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable and may change without notice.
Product images are indicative only; templates and colours may vary.
Previews are not available.
Digital downloads (if included) will be available on our website after photo delivery.
You will receive a confirmation email (also your Tax Invoice) after placing your order.
For security, previous orders cannot be accessed online.
Unsuccessful payments mean no order is placed.
An Archive Fee applies to orders received after photo delivery.
Please choose carefully. You have 7 days after ordering to request changes or cancellations; after this, no amendments can be made.
For storage and privacy, order records are kept for six months only. We cannot address queries after this period.
Editing
It is 3P’s policy that we do not photoshop or apply any edit/filter to student images.
We do not edit individual’s skin tone, hair colour, skin blemishes.
Any exceptions to this policy require written permission and will incur an Editing Fee.
Absentees
3P Photography offers catch-up photos for absentees at our Malaga studio.
Bookings are required.
Please note we cannot guarantee inclusion in class/group photos.
If you can’t attend a catch-up, any applicable refund will be issued as a credit.
Delivery Conditions
Products are printed in batches, with pre-orders delivered to the school about 8–10 weeks after Photo Day.
Orders placed after the pre-order deadline are Archive Orders and sent via Australia Post to the address provided, with additional delivery costs.
Large or multiple items may incur extra shipping if ordered after delivery.
To reduce environmental impact, orders are packaged in cardboard folders instead of plastic. 3P is committed to sustainability and appreciates school communities’ support.
Missing Products
For any missing products, you must contact us in writing within 30 days of delivery.
We keep accurate dispatch records to determine if a credit or replacement is warranted.
For storage and privacy, order records are kept for six months only. We cannot address queries after this period.
Damaged Products
For damaged products, you must contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
If your products arrive with visible damage, please also report it to the carrier, as this helps us pursue claims with the carrier and/or insurer.

Return Policy
3P Photography offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your photos, please contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory alternative, you can return them for a refund.
Please note that all returns are at the customer’s expense and should be sent to Unit 7, 30 Enterprise Crescent, Malaga WA 6090.
Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned product.
Please be aware that Digital Download purchases are non-refundable, and Photo Packs that include Digital Downloads are also ineligible for a full refund.
